REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Introduction
At Emigoo Tours Int Ltd, we strive to provide the best possible touring experience. However, we understand that plans can change. This Refund Policy outlines the strict terms and conditions under which refunds are granted.
By booking a tour with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.
2. Cancellation by the Customer
IMPORTANT: Check Your Specific Tour Policy
Different tours have different cancellation rules depending on the operator and ticket requirements.
You must check the “FAQ” section at the bottom of the specific tour page you are booking. Look for the “Cancellation Options” heading. Your tour will fall into one of the following categories:
- Free Cancellation: You are eligible for a 100% full refund if cancelled within the time frame specified (usually 24-48 hours before).
- Standard Cancellation (Fixed 7% Fee): You will be refunded the booking amount minus a fixed 7% cancellation fee. This 7% deduction covers payment processing (Stripe) and administrative costs.
- Non-Refundable: No refund will be issued under any circumstances (common for tours including strict entry tickets).
Standard Default Policy
If the specific tour FAQ does not specify a cancellation option, the Fixed 7% Fee applies by default:
- 7+ Days Notice: If you cancel with more than 7 days’ notice before the tour date, you will be refunded the total amount less a fixed 7% cancellation fee.
- Less Than 7 Days Notice: If you cancel within 7 days of the tour start date, no refund will be provided (0% refund).
3. Non-Refundable Items
Unless your specific tour is marked as “Free Cancellation,” certain components of your booking are strictly non-refundable regardless of when you cancel. These include:
- Entrance tickets to monuments, museums, or attractions (once purchased, these cannot be returned).
- Skip-the-line reservation fees.
4. Cancellation by Emigoo Tours Int Ltd
We reserve the right to cancel any tour or service at any time, for any reason, up to the time of departure.
A. Reasons for Cancellation
We may cancel due to:
- Force Majeure: Extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, wars, pandemics, or government restrictions.
- Safety Concerns: If the guide or operator deems conditions unsafe.
- Operational Issues: Insufficient participation numbers or unexpected guide unavailability.
B. Your Refund Rights
If WE cancel your tour:
- You will receive a 100% full refund of the amount paid to us.
- We are not liable for any other costs you may have incurred, such as flights, hotels, or travel insurance.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
- Standard Processing: Refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 business days.
- Banking Delays: Please note that depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. We have no control over these banking timelines.
6. Non-Refundable Scenarios
No refund will be granted under the following circumstances:
- No-Show: If you fail to arrive at the meeting point by the scheduled time.
- Lateness: Guides leave promptly. If you arrive late and miss the group, this is considered a No-Show.
- Lost Travelers: If you get separated from the group during the tour due to your own negligence.
- Early Departure: If you choose to leave the tour early for any reason.
- Misconduct: If you are removed from the tour by the guide for illegal activity, offensive behavior, or intoxication.
7. Date Change Requests
- Subject to Availability: Changing the date of your tour is not guaranteed. It depends entirely on the availability of the guide and tickets.
- Fees: If a date change is possible, we reserve the right to charge a re-booking fee or the difference in price.
- Rejection: If we cannot accommodate your new date and you cannot attend the original date, the standard cancellation policy applies.
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, you must contact us in writing. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.

Please include your full name, booking reference number, and the reason for cancellation. We will assess your request based on the policy listed in your tour’s FAQ section and respond within 48 hours.
