A. Tour Operators (Service Providers)

To fulfill your booking, we must share your Name, Phone Number, and Email with the specific Tour Operator running your trip.

• Strict Use: These operators are contractually bound to use your data only for the purpose of delivering the tour (e.g., verifying your ticket, contacting you in an emergency). They are not permitted to use your data for their own marketing purposes.

B. Stripe (Payment Processor)

We use Stripe to process payments. Stripe acts as a separate Data Controller for the financial information they process.

• Security: Your payment data is encrypted and processed directly by Stripe. We do not have access to your full card number.

C. Legal Authorities

• Booking Records: We keep booking and transaction records for 6 years after the end of your financial year to comply with UK tax laws (HMRC requirements).
